Main specification :

1. texturing machine with one heater.

2. machine mechanical speed is 800m/min.

3. machine has 30 positions.

4. each position has two spindles, one spindle is S, the other is Z. and one lycra feeder. 2 ply yarns S/Z are individual. their drawing ratio and D/Y can controlled individually. one position has 10 pcs of individual inverter. software allows to work without applying Lycra, its sensor do not disturb such operation.

5. friction unit disc is PU disc with 52*12*9mm

6. the heater is 1.5meter, it is Dow Therm, heater temperature from 140-220 degree

7. providing intermingle pipe and air jet, provide one more set insert for each postion.

8 . it is manual threading. provide yarn suction pipe and suction gun for waste yarn.

9. POY bobbin diameter can reach around 430mm.

10. winding is with cam shaft.

11. tube is standard size 290mm

12.machine has oiling device.

13. one section has 3 positions,  machine length is 19.0 meter, width is 1.3m.
